Mr. Leon "Bay" Kelly Memorial services for Leon Kelly, 58, of Kilgore, TX, will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Noah’s Ark Ministries with Elder James Elder officiating and Rev. Perfit Atkins as eulogist. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Victory Funeral Services. Leon, affectionately known as Bay, was born Monday, June 17, 1957 in Gladewater, Texas to the parentage Lester V. and Fammie Wheeler Kelly. He departed this life on Friday, October 30, 2015 at his residence, in Kilgore, Texas. He attended Chapel Hill High School. At an early age he united with Mt. Zion CME Church. His work career included employment at Tyler Pipe and work as a brick layer. He leaves to cherish his memory, brothers and sister-in-law, Lester and Clara Kelley and Stephon Kelly all of Kilgore, TX and Ira Brooks, of Tyler, TX; sisters, Darlene Britton of Kilgore, TX, Loraine Young of Henderson, TX, and Laverne Fields of Waco, TX; an aunt, Ester V. Burist of Tyler, TX; and a host of other relatives and friends. His parents and two brothers, William Kelly and Calvin Kelly all preceded him in death. There will be no public viewing.
